CONSIGNMENT
For over 30 years, Rufus Guitar Shop has been providing Vancouver musicians with an outlet to consign their musical instruments. From unique vintage, entry level or high-end collectable pieces, Rufus Guitar Shop has built a solid reputation as a great place to consign your gear. Our knowledgeable sales staff will assist you in valuing your consignment items and determine a fair market price.
Rates:
Our consignment rate currently ranges from 25-30% depending on the piece. To ensure every instrument sounds its best, the in-house repair and restoration department performs all necessary set-up and quality checks before any instrument hits the wall. If consignment is not your preference, we also offer trade for in-store merchandise or a ābuy-outā option.
We are always looking for quality used and vintage gear. Whether it be trade ins or consignment we want it all! Always fair and honest. We are transparent about the value of your used instruments and offer great trade-in and consignment rates/options to help you get into that new gear, or help you move on and sell that instrument you’re just not using anymore.
