Welcome to Rufus' Website. Owned & operated by the husband and wife team of Chuck and Jennie, the shop has been located at Tenth and Alma in Vancouver since 1984. There is a longer story, but it will come later.
Specializing in acoustic fretted instruments, we have an ever-changing large selection of new and used. Our repair department checks and prepares all instruments before they "Hit the Wall". Our friendly and knowledgeable staff is performing musicians and are happy to answer questions and demo products. We also try to keep up with the latest in accessories.
We have a large in house teaching program, with many topical books, videos and CD's.
Store hours:
Monday thru Thursday 10:00 to 8:00,
Friday 10:00 to 7:00,
Saturday 10:00 to 5:30,
Sunday 11:00 to 5:00.
